Daniel Smith | December SPECIAL Update

December 11, 2017

This is a Special Update asking you to PLEASE SIGN MY SON'S (DANIEL SMITH'S) NEW PETITION. It is to the entire assembly of 29 Active Judges of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. We, his family and friends from all around the world, are asking these judges to reconsider a 3-Judge panel's recent denial of Daniel's appeal.

Why? Because the panel's decision skipped over MAJOR issues that should have resulted in a reversal of Daniel's case under law. We hope that it was not intentionally done as a favor for any Federal Agency or persons with hopes that it would fall under the radar and leave Daniel without any options.

We need as many signatures as quickly as possible, so don't delay. After you sign it, please email it to like-minded friends and family: post it on Facebook, Twitter, and elsewhere. We must never give up demanding justice and accountability of those in high positions of trust. Daniel's fight is our own and together we can help change the outcome of this miscarriage of justice.

Please be respectful in your comments as you sign the petition. It will be reviewed by all the judges. Being inflammatory, accusatory, or conspiratorial will not produce good results.

YES, it is perfectly OK to point out that the panel's decision overlooks important issues of actual innocence noted in the Petition. YES, it is perfectly OK to point out that the panel's decision gives the appearance of partiality and undermines your confidence in the administration of justice. YES, it is perfectly OK to point out how outrageous it is that Daniel was denied even his right to present a defense at trial. YES, it is OK to comment on Daniel's character if you know him or if he's made a positive impact in your life. Use restraint though as irritating or getting angry at the Judges will likely backfire and damage Daniel’s chances of a reversal. Thus, please be respectful for Daniel's sake.

We can't see how this will hurt AND it might just help. Playing Devil's Advocate for a moment: Some of you might be asking: "Well isn't Daniel's sentence going to be done next year? Why not just wait it out?"

The hope is that if the majority rules in Daniel's favor, his felony convictions will be removed and he'll get home to his family sooner. If he wins, he won't be branded a "FELON" for the rest of his life, or have to spend four more years on probation. This could make a big difference in Daniel's life, but could also make a big difference in the world of natural health, because the government is trying to expand its reach beyond the intent of Congress by twisting the law.

So please, click on the Petition link and sign it, then share it with others. Thank you for your continued love and support.
