Who is Daniel Smith

This Preview will bring you up to speed about a decade-long, Federal-storm-trooper assault on a humble, caring soul who sought only to help disease-stricken fellow humans worldwide.

Why Daniel Smith has become a hero for tens of thousands of suffering people throughout the globe: Daniel founded Project Green Life (PGL), an alternative health association that made the first professional grade MMS (Master Mineral Solution)  ~ making it available in over 160 countries between 2007 and 2011.

Out of the blue the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) began warning Daniel that they wanted the distribution of MMS to stop - immediately. Following legal consultation, Daniel wrote the FDA explaining how MMS was improving the health of multitudes around the world and asked them why they were making this demand. Silence. Daniel sent the document again. Continued silence. Daniel repeated a third time.

Rather than responding, the FDA initiated a year-long clandestine reconnaissance mission for the purpose of secretly securing search and seizure warrants aimed at putting PGL out of business in one fail swoop. It became obvious that this pursuit by the FDA was another example of a plethora of similar militant assaults on other Alternative Health companies and practitioners and in truth was a part of the agency's ongoing war against health freedom. In Daniel’s case they threatened him with 38 years in a Federal prison figuring Daniel would immediately close Project Green Life and thus block the distribution of MMS ever again.

Even though hundreds of users of MMS wrote the FDA declaring praises for the efficacy of MMS the FDA continued and intensified their unconstitutional actions. Daniel was arrested and charged with six felonies along with his wife and two employees. For what you ask? Helping people to get well.

Following a mockery of a trial in which Daniel was forbidden by the Judge to put on a defense he was convicted and sentenced to 51 months in a Federal Penitentiary. Even with this travesty-of-justice punishment the Prosecutor argued with the Judge demanding Daniel be sentenced to Life in Prison.

As you look through this fact-filled blog ( you’ll suspect a scheming collusion between the FDA and gigantic International Pharmaceutical entities. Daniel was portrayed as a conniving, evil, greedy Snake-Oil profiteer. One Federal employee even said, "I consider you a Domestic Terrorist!" Really? C’mon. Get real.

Truth is stranger than fiction. Right? This blog ~ ~ will answer this query.

Daniel Smith | April Update

April 22 2019

Dad Is Proud Of His Son
As I consider what Daniel has gone through over most of the last 9 or 10 years I marvel at the character that has emerged from it all. Simply helping others he was selected by some in high positions to be ostracized and punished for doing so.When offered a plea bargain or lifetime in prison if he lost in court ~ he did not yield but braved the odds and maintained his commitment and conviction to stand firm. While languishing in prison he didn't get bitter, nor did he plan to retaliate. He came out of prison a bigger person than when he entered. Dan will always be a hero for that. I am proud just to know him and to be able to humbly say, I'm his Dad.

Daniel & His Family Are Well Now
The rush trips to the Emergency Room for Sabby and lingering, weakening and disabling illnesses that both Daniel & Karis endured have finally ended.

Daniel Has Tried So Hard To Earn a Sufficient Income To Meet Their Needs Now that they're well Daniel and Karis are making huge strides trying to generate an income sufficient to provide just for their needs. Daniel has exhausted himself exploring any opportunity to earn a living. Strange, but it seemed the released-from-prison inmate programs hindered more than helped him find a real job. But I believe just as he has always done ~ Daniel will finally succeed. Thanks to you dear supporters the family has survived! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your undying loving responses

The Funds Are At The Bottom Of The Barrel
In addition to what I've written above ~ finances have been really drained by car repairs, auto insurance, utility bills, etc. If you're able to help ~ just even a little bit ~ you will make such an impact. I thank you in advance for doing so ~ as you've amazed me at how you've helped each time the need is critical.

Daniel's Special Letter To You Folks

Dear Friends & Family,

Daniel here.  It's been a while since my last update.  Please forgive my silence.

First things first.  Some of you may remember a recent newsletter in which I pledged to give one random person an actual book that is very special to me and traveled with me in prison. I didn't mention the title but promised I would in my next newsletter, along with why I love this book so much.  Some of you might have thought it was going to be a Bible or some self-help book, but I have a surprise for you.  It was neither.   Before I share the title and the winning subscriber, I need to preface it with a short story:

Once upon a time, our dear Karis ( told me about a workshop she attended, during which a gentleman got on stage and exhibited a superhuman feat. He had the ability to "see through cards", that is: you could shuffle a brand new unmarked deck of cards and he could tell you what every card would be before you turned it over.  During his demonstration, he got only one card wrong out of 52.  He proceeded to tell the audience that anyone could learn this skill using the exact same method he had used to teach himself. He said his reference for learning the skill was "The Wonderful Story of Henry Sugar".  Although frequently published with fiction stories, this story is, ostensibly, true.  It is a story about
a man who could see through cards - but also about human potential and the power of a focused heart and mind.

Prior to being sentenced to roughly four years, we'd been told I could get as many as 35 years.  I'll never forget what Karis said to me over the jailhouse phone one day: "If you're going to go to prison for 20 years, you better come out a bada@@".  Of course she didn't mean musclebound with tattoos.  I knew exactly what she meant.  And to that, I replied: "I suppose I should start with The Wonderful Story of Henry Sugar."  She sent it straight away.

Out of the upwards of 150 books I read while in prison, this one was a favorite.  I can't tell you how many times I loaned or read it out-loud to other inmates.  They always loved it. It's no wonder.  We all love to hear how we are capable of so much more - especially in a place like prison.  I'd like to tell you that I came home with the ability to see through cards, but that is not the case.  As it turned out I had other internal work to do, but I am certain, if I had applied myself to that end, I might be really good at blackjack today.  =)

And now it's time for the winner!  Sadly, I can't reveal their name without permission, so that will have to remain a secret until I get it, but this person will be receiving an email requesting a mailing address so I know where to send their promised copy of Henry Sugar - the very one that traveled with me throughout my prison experience - torn pages and all.  (Keep an eye on your email in case it's you).

I still have a surprise for you, even if you're not the winner.   Recently, we celebrated our niece's birthday, who has been legally blind since almost birth.  As gifts this year we took turns recording audio books in our humble studio.  I'd like to share with you my recording of The Wonderful Story of Henry Sugar that was recorded with all of you in mind.  If you'd like to stream it from the Internet, try this link:

If you'd like to download it to your computer, try this one:

If for any reasons these links don't work, please email me and I will send you the file personally.

I also have one more short song to share.
It's a "scratch track" of a devotional project I'm working on in my spare time.

I am still working on my book, which of course is dedicated and will be free in gratitude for all your love and support.  Things have been pretty challenging the last couple months. As you may already know, our daughter contracted EBV, which took a toll on her liver and four trips to ER to get figured out.   She's doing much better now - as is the whole family - just in time for Spring.  We continue to use and be grateful for the availability of various natural remedies that help with this sort of thing.  =)

We were excited this week to learn that Sabby was accepted to George Wright Academy for the remainder of her high school.  This will require a big move but change is always good.  I'm still working to get things back on track financially for our family.  I hope to be able to announce more in the next month or two.  As always, your prayers and support are very much welcome.

* I want to close in asking for your prayers for my Dad who has been a superhero to me and many others.  A couple weeks ago he was rushed to the hospital unable to breathe.  He was brought back from the brink and intubated and put under a 33 hour coma so his body could heal from the event.  He had 6-8 people working on him in the emergency room for over 2 hours straight.  He is home now and resting but needs your prayers and support.

This is all I have for now.  I'm sorry it's longer than usual but there was much to share.  Thank you again for all your love and support.

With Love, Light, Laughter & Limitlessness!
