I've always praised you folks for helping Daniel when things are tough. I've also told you I won't ask for help unless the need is urgent. We're there today.

His account is now almost bone dry. I'm praying we can help him meet his current requirements since his family is really struggling today.

But...Good News is ahead. It looks like his work will finally be paying him enough in February to where he can finally be self-sustaining by March. All his patient, industriousness is finally going to be rewarded.

For those of you who have been following the status of his final appeal. Daniel had to have his final paperwork in on Nov. 12th. Then the Judge was to rule 3 days later ~ on Nov. 15th. She has not done so. Today is the first day back after the New Year recess for the Court. Will she rule this week?

A criminal defense attorney wrote explaining the response time for a 2255 Judge's decision. "2255 actions can take a long time for the courts to rule on. Unfortunately, there's no time limit on the courts to rule on them and the due process implications, such as your right to a speedy trial, don't come to play in the 2255 context. Good luck with your case."

After Daniel is self sufficient by March I'll try to continue sending out monthly updates for you folks ~ to keep you informed about his future creative pursuits and the final decision of the Court. I've sincerely enjoyed getting to know you and will miss you once we don't have these exchanges.

Please help this last urgent need..
